Return and Refund Policy

At Tuyate, we bake fresh, high-quality products daily and take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our bakery items, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered. However, if you receive a wrong item or your order arrives damaged, we request that you contact us within two hours of delivery and provide photo evidence. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation. All approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within seven business days. Please note that orders can be cancelled up to two hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
